Welcome to Northwood Women’s Ministry
By God’s grace, we are women serving women both spiritually and relationally. Our purpose is to reach out with the love of God by connecting with each other through prayer, Bible study and special events. Our goal is to bring women into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, and strengthen our relationships with each other.
I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding. For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return.
Our Women’s Ministry at Northwood exists to equip women to:
Love others
Learn God’s Word
Lead within their area of passion
Look for those who need Jesus
So that:
Each woman is changed,
The family is strengthened,
The church remains healthy, and God is glorified.
We want to challenge you to live out your faith with us…serve inside and outside the walls of Northwood Church. Our mission field is expansive…our homes, our communities, our workplaces, our schools, and every place we stop in between. It’s a big task and God calls us to do it with joy and grace…so now what??
We invite you to be a part of our Women’s Ministry at Northwood. We want to encourage you in your faith and through your struggles. We want to equip you to stand firm in your beliefs through our Bible studies and various small groups. We want to walk alongside you as you strive to enrich your relationships with Jesus Christ, your family and friends. We also want to provide opportunities to put feet to your faith as we engage with our community and serve “the least of these.”
At Northwood, there are many ways for Women to connect including:
Bible studies, small groups, prayer, one to one discipleship and mentoring
Retreats, seminars, special events, and service opportunities
